I have symptoms of Corona. What should I do?

First Check, Then Test

If anyone in your family is unwell, don’t panic. Please read the following information carefully.

Do you have the symptoms?

If you or anyone in your family has any of these symptoms – High Fever, Dry Cough, Breathing Difficulty – or have been in contact with a COVID patient, or someone with a history of foreign travel, you can seek medical advice and get yourself checked.

First Check: Where can I get checked?

To get yourself checked, visit the nearest Mohalla clinic or consult your family doctor. You will receive further advice and, if necessary, details of your nearest COVID Testing Centre. You can also call the 1031 helpline for advice and testing information.

Then Test: What will happen at the COVID Testing Centre?

The Delhi Government has just opened 21 new COVID Testing Centres. If you are asked to visit a centre, a doctor will first examine you and confirm if you need a test. If necessary, samples will be immediately despatched to our labs. If you are positive for COVID, and depending on your symptoms, the doctor will direct you to the nearest COVID hospital, COVID care centre, or prescribe COVID health centre. If your tests are negative, you will be asked to return home, stay safe, and take regular medication for your symptoms.

These are the COVID-19 Testing Centres (CTCs) set up by the Delhi Government.
