To get a refund from the Sahara Refund Portal, follow these steps:
Visit the official Sahara Refund Portal website by going to https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/Depositor/Register. Once there, enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number and your 10-digit Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number. Don’t forget to input the captcha shown on the registration page. After that, click on the “Submit” button to proceed.
When you’re on the Depositor Login page of the CRCS Portal, provide the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number and your 10-digit Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number. To get a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number, tap on “Six-digit Get OTP.” Enter the OTP (which is a 6-digit code) you received and press “Verify OTP to Enter” to log in.
Give your consent and accept the terms and conditions by clicking “I Agree” on the next page. On the Personal Details page, provide your 12-digit Aadhaar Number and click “Get OTP” to confirm your details. You’ll then see your connected user details, such as first name, middle name, last name, date of birth (DOB), and Father/Husband name. Optionally, you can also add your Email ID.

All you need to do is provide the last four digits of your Aadhar Card and the mobile number you used for registration. It usually takes 7 to 10 days to get your refund because the authorities carefully verify your information before sending your money to your bank account. There’s a total of RS.5000 Crore available for refunds, and here’s the deal: if you invested less than RS.50,000, you’ll likely get your money within 7 days after registering. But if you invested more, it might take 1-2 weeks for your refund to arrive.

- Visit the official CRCS- Sahara Refund Portal website: https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, click on the “Depositor Login” tab.
- To continue, enter your Aadhar Number’s last 4 digits and your Aadhar Linked Mobile Number accurately.
- Click on the “Get OTP” option and wait for a few minutes to receive a One Time Password (OTP) from the system.
- Once you receive the OTP on your device, enter it to proceed to the status page.
- Now, you will be taken to the Sahara Refund Status page. Check your refund status there.
- If your refund hasn’t been initiated yet, don’t worry. Wait for a few more days, and it will be credited to your bank account after proper verification.
