Yes, I have tested positive for Coronavirus

If you have no symptoms or mild symptoms

A Delhi government team will contact you and advise you to undertake one of the these options:

Home Isolation – This is for patients who have a separate room in their home. Delhi government’s team will monitor your health on a daily basis and guide you about the process throughout the period of isolation. You can find the detailed instructional video and booklet on home isolation on the Delhi government’s website – https://delhifightscorona.in/home-isolation/

COVID Care Centre – If you do not have a separate room in your house, your local District Surveillance Officer will arrange for you to be admitted into a COVID Care Centre.

If you are not contacted within 24 hours of being detected positive, please call 1800-111-747 immediately

If you have severe symptoms, especially if you are experiencing breathlessness, high fever for 3-4 days, and have other serious conditions like diabetes, cancer, hypertension, etc. or are above 65 years of age or are pregnant.

Please get yourself admitted to a hospital.

Check the Delhi Corona App (www.bit.do/DelhiCorona) or call 1031 to find out which hospital has vacant beds.

You may also call 102 to call for an ambulance in case of an emergency.

Beds availability status can also be found on https://delhifightscorona.in/beds/

If you have been in close contact with your family or friends and want to get them tested for Corona

If persons who have been in close contact with you are experiencing symptoms, they can be tested immediately.

However, most people do not experience any symptoms for up to 5 days day after coming into contact, so it is recommended that they get tested between the 5th and 10th day after contact.

Consult a doctor at a nearby hospital flu clinic, Mohalla Clinic or your family doctor. A doctor can prescribe a test if it is necessary.
