Considering this, the Delhi Government has partnered with CallDoc app to launch 24×7 free online medical consultation services in Delhi to help patients connect with doctors remotely via mobile app for their non-emergency medical needs.
What is the CallDoc App?
CallDoc is a cloud-based platform created to provide people with better and faster healthcare at any time and place of their convenience. The user is able to connect to Doctor on Video/Audio/Chat and get the consultation on the phone by using the mobile app.
How reliable is the CallDoc app?
Over 100 Delhi Government doctors have registered themselves on the CallDoc app who will provide free and hassle-free consultations to any patient. These include doctors affiliated to Delhi Medical Council, as well as doctors from Delhi government’s University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC).
Can I consult any specialist doctor on CallDoc app?
Patients can connect with doctors remotely via mobile app for their non-emergency medical needs. Through this, patients can easily consult with general physicians as well as specialists from home at any time convenient to them. In addition, over 100 doctors from Delhi have joined CallDoc to take consultations with Delhi residents.

2. Select doctor based on name, speciality etc.
3. Mention the purpose of consultation
4. Upload reports
5. Join the consultation with the doctor via video/audio call or text
